People often hire a fitness coach to help them lose weight and build muscle. I’m a coach, too, but I focus on financial fitness and the mindset around that – helping people lose their money worries and build financial strength and wisdom.
As your coach, I empower you to take responsibility for your financial decisions. Together, we begin the process by finding out where you are today, discussing your hopes, dreams and most pressing concerns. As a team, we establish an action plan with achievable milestones. And I will be your accountability partner along the journey.

MY BACKGROUND
I began investing in real estate in 2004 and, with a great deal of challenges, I experienced both the high and low points of the real estate market. I would not have made it without the help of a coach so I know the value coaches are in one's success. When I went through a divorce, I had to adjust to a new way of life and figure out how to manage my money on my own. Though I was able to keep most of the real estate, I faced big financial challenges due to the heavy maintenance these houses required. It came to a head after, all at once, I had to replace a couple of roofs, pay for a lot of tree work, pay for insurance that I thought was going to be escrowed but wasnt, pay for a condo assessment I wasn'at prepared for, replace my pool pump, and handle an eviction, I went into a lot of credit card debt. Between that and all my real estate loans, I felt completely BURIED IN DEBT! I was overwhelmed.

I have known about Dave Ramsey for many years and enjoyed reading about the 7 Baby Steps from his Total Money Makeover book. This time, however, I chose to join Financial Peace University for deeper knowledge because I needed to implement these concepts to dig myself out of this hole. I kept track of all my spending because I needed to know where my money was going. After I was quickly able to tackle several of my smaller debts, I started to feel a huge weight off my shoulders- so much so that I was excited about the idea of helping other people do the same thing. I had several years experience coaching others in real estate investing, so financial coaching seemed to make perfect sense with my desire to help people like you climb your way up from underwater financially.

MY FINANCIAL COACH TRAINING
Without the help of my real estate coach from PACT Prosperity, I would not have made it in real estate. I would have quit during the market crash but instead I kept moving forward. Because of my success, I was asked to serve as a coach for newer investors for over 10 years. I guided the careers of many who gained millions of net worth as they built their real estate portfolios. Several of the clients later told me that they would have quit if I didn't push them to keep going.
Due to how much I enjoyed Financial Peace University and the success I quickly found using Dave Ramsey's system, I decided to complete the Dave Ramsey Financial Coach Master Training to enable me to get the credentials and best serve people who need help with their finances like I did. Additionally, I was personally approved by one of Dave Ramsey's team to become a Ramsey's Preferred Coach which gives me a wealth of resources to better serve you!
Through my studies and training, I’ve learned the strategies and approaches that help people establish budgets, set savings and retirement goals, manage and pay down debt…and more. It’s rewarding, fulfilling work, and I love what I do! You don't have to go through this alone. I'm right there with you!
